Hilary Conway has over ten years of experience working with mid-market companies and new ventures to improve operations and find new business. She has had roles both in management and as an outside consultant, working with clients in manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution and logistics, retail, and private equity. She has counseled clients in North America, Europe, and Asia on mergers & acquisitions, creating new businesses, turnaround, top-line improvement, and marketing.
Hilary grew up working in her family’s manufacturing business before receiving her A.B. in economics from The University of Chicago and her M.B.A. in marketing and business strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She lived in Asia, where she formed two new companies in a business-prohibitive environment but a largely untapped market. Hilary speaks English and French.
